Its been non stop work for me and no real time for creating music, I am still doing all the Perfect Dark Covers and still a bunch of Brain Burst left. Just need more time, if anything I have been stepping up my skill and learning all kinds of new shit and styles thanks to Rocksmith. Got Rocksmith like a half a month ago and learned most of Gojira's albums including some Lamb of God, Mudvayne, Machine Head, Incubus, Blue Oyster Cult, Rush, Rolling Stones, Pantera, Alice in chains and KoRn, even relearning all old Metallica songs from my childhood but on bass and its been very fresh and fun. I play like 2 hours a night. Rocksmith is quite litterly force feeding me these songs and i Love it. It works great for people that have already been playing all their life, in fact they made it very enjoyable.
I booked this coming weekend off to go on a short roadtrip to Jam with my old band from back in the day, Im gonna try and do a live recording for you guys so hopefully that goes well. Also gonna have long talks with them about our music future seeing as they are still as dedicated as I am, might be something again, if all goes well we can fire up our band again and start playing shows again, plus any new material we come up with youll be the first to hear!
